Council will consider any submissions at a future Council Meeting. A person making a submission is entitled to request in their submission that they wish to appear at the Council Meeting in person, or to be represented by a person specified in the submission, in support of the submission. Any person making a submission should be aware that their submission including their personal information may form part of the agenda and minutes of the Council Meeting and be available to the public.
