The Financial Plan links to the achievement of the Community Vision and the Council Plan within the Integrated Strategic Planning & Reporting framework.
This framework guides the Council in identifying community needs and aspirations over the long term (Community Vision), medium term (Council Plan) and short term (Annual Budget).
The Financial Plan provides a 10 year financially sustainable projection regarding how the actions of the Council Plan may be funded to achieve the Community Vision.
The Financial Plan covers the period 2025-2035 and aims to maintain sufficient operational surpluses to fund loan repayments, and Council’s renewal and upgrade of community assets while ensuring that sufficient cash remains available for Council to meet its liabilities as they fall due.
Submissions close Monday 22 September 2025 at 5pm.
