Latrobe City Council are seeking information about your club or groups most ’needed’ projects. Primarily, projects that will help support and grow participation by the whole community.

Please complete one form per project (I.e. if you would like both a netball court upgrade and AFL oval lighting, complete two separate forms.)

The information submitted on this form will be used to inform Councils review of our Recreation Needs Assessment (RNA), along with other Council processes that identify and prioritise recreational infrastructure projects.

This form can be completed by a Recreation Reserve Committee or Sporting Club. If you require any assistance to complete this form, please contact 1300 367 700.
