Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:

137 Hammersmith Circuit, Traralgon, Victoria, 3844, being all that piece of land contained in Lot 110 on Plan of Subdivision 603046P Certificate of Title Volume 11015, Folio 087.

Should any person be affected by, or otherwise wish to be heard in respect to, the Council’s proposed sale or transfer of land in this matter, you are requested to contact Rosa Agostino, Coordinator Property & Rates on (03) 5128 6162 on or before 19 July 2023.
