At the March 2026 Council meeting, Council resolved its intention to enter into several long term leases with the Country Fire Authority for various sites throughout the municipality. Sites include:
- 78 Main Road, Tyers
- Boolarra South-Mirboo North Road, Mirboo (Boolarra South)
- 438 Old Callignee Road, Callignee
- 1 Keith Morgan Drive, Traralgon South
- Warren Terrace Reserve, Warren Terrace, Hazelwood North
